OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) €100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neural Omega, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your User Content or data
• Your negligence or willful misconduct

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

15.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a detailed notice to legal@neuralomega.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days of receiving your notice.
